I am so excited to head out to San Francisco this weekend to photograph some of my favorite Bay Area families.
I have been photographing some of these families for over 5 years!! After photographing the same family
for 5 years for their holiday card, I need to get really creative… what are we going to do this year to out do last years card.
I got it!!! The BEST location, which happens to be my FAVORITE Tea Spot….
I am totally obsessed with this Tea Salon. As you will see in the photos, this is not your grandmother’s kitchen
or a sterile hotel. It is a photographer’s dream come true, thanks to the Oh, So Creative Amy Dean! (who i know from my advertising days
when she was the best prop stylist in the city) And you can see that in all her details.
Anyway, come have some tea with your kiddos and a photoshoot to boot! Please call me 415-505-6065 as to what times I have left, time slots are filling up FAST!
I took these photos the last time I was in San Francisco with my daughter.
Of course, I had to put my daughter in her Rachel Riley Tea outfit, which I’m also obsessed with.
We met up with my dear friend and amazing photographer, Lisa Lefkowitz and her daughter.
What a wonderful day, eating yummy treats, drinking tea and of course taking pictures of our little ones!
I can’t believe these adorable twins are ONE! Congratulations! I can’t wait to see you next weekend for your family portrait session!
Oh and could Sam be any cuter of a BIG Brother!
I had SO much fun photographing Caitlyn and her moms! I could totally relate to 2 year old Caitlyn. She is a girl on the move!!!
There is no standing still, no posing for this toddler, which of course i love because…. after all who wants to stand still?!
In the end I won, yes I beat a toddler. How you ask? I ran her crazy, she went from that over the moon, hyper crazy tired a toddler gets
to pooped out, yes, it was only 15 seconds before she was on the move again, but i got it. her and her mom’s just lying there, totally still.
i heart you, Caitlyn and your moms!!
OK, I gotta say, and i’m not just saying this because it was our party, but this 4th of July was by far the BEST i’ve ever had!!!!
I lived in SF for over 13 years and never saw the fireworks. 2 nights ago in Boston we were ON TOP of the fireworks!! Have you ever been so close
that you have ash falling on you? So it all started when I found out that James Hook Lobster is open on the 4th.
After ordering 20 yummy steamed lobsters from them, (yes that’s right they cook them for you. No seafood smell inside my apartment!!
Cute muslin bags to hold bibs, napkins, crackers and of course lobster lollypops, check.
The red and white striped and lobster place mats from Carrot and Stick, check. Incredible fireworks, thanks to the city of Boston, CHECK!
Yes, my dream had come true, we were going to have a lobster boil on the 4th in our back garden and then watch the fireworks from the roof.
The barge was parked RIGHT in front of our building. I mean it doesn’t get any better! The party of the year right outside our home and we didn’t have to leave our place!!!
Surrounded by my fabulous family and great friends we took full advantage of the beautiful evening!!!
My daughter can’t wait until the 4th next year as every morning she has woken up since the 4th she asks, “where are the fireworks?”
